Rob graduated from West Virginia University summa cum laude with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. He has nearly 20 years of experience working with patients in the Morgantown area.  He was awarded his board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2009.  Rob enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions with a special interest in rehabilitation of shoulder and knee injuries.  Rob grew up in Morgantown and after graduating from UHS in 1992 he spent the next 6 years travelling across the US and Europe while racing and training as a member of several different semi-professional and professional bicycle racing teams.  

Jaime McGough, PT, DPT

Jaime graduated from West Virginia University summa cum laude with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2002, and is a 2007 graduate from the transitional Doctorate program.  Jaime has experience in a variety of settings, including acute care, home health, and outpatient orthopedics. Her primary setting of interest is outpatient orthopedic conditions with focus on hands-on, one on one care. She is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Level 1. Jaime grew up in Beckley, WV before coming to WVU in 1996. Following graduation in 2002, she lived and worked in the Pittsburgh area for the next several years, until returning to Morgantown in 2014.

Fiona M. Upward, PT, GCFP, JKA

Fiona graduated from West Virginia University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1993.  She is also a graduate of the North Atlantic Feldenkrais Training program in Baltimore, Maryland in 2001. Fiona has a strong background in dance and movement education and has over 25 years of experience working with infants, children, adults, and professional dancers with neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic problems, chronic pain, and movement difficulties.   Fiona has an advanced certification with the Jeremy Krauss Approach to working with children with special needs, as well as advanced levels of manual therapy with myofascial and craniosacral therapies, KinesioTex taping, and the Maitland Technique.  Fiona enjoys teaching classes in both dance and Awareness Through Movement and conducting workshops in the Feldenkrais Method for the general public and professional clinicians alike.

Josh Arbaugh, PT, DPT

Josh earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2009. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at West Virginia University in 2012.  Josh grew up in Canvas, WV, near Summersville, and after completing his degree at WVU has lived and worked in Morgantown.  Josh’s clinical interests include sports and orthopedic injuries, post surgical and joint replacement care, and golf specific fitness and rehabilitation.  In his free time Josh enjoys playing golf both competitively and leisurely as well as cheering on the Mountaineers.

Mike graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2011. He graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2014 with an Associates degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Mike has been working in the outpatient physical therapy setting for the past 6 years and moved to Morgantown from Hartmansville, WV in 2021 to continue his profession with the APEX team. He has taken classes on Kinesio Taping as well as multiple classes on shoulder movement. In his spare time, Mike enjoys exercising and going to the gym as well as being an avid sports fan and going to sporting events.

Jodi graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelors degree in Recreation and Parks Management with a specialization in Therapeutic Recreation in 1993. She earned her certificate in massage therapy in 1997. Following graduation, she lived and worked in Florida for the next several years, until returning to Morgantown in 2003. She graduated from Pierpont Community and Technical College with an Associates degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2009. Jodi has over twelve years experience in outpatient orthopedics working with a variety of age ranges. Jodi grew up in Mannington, WV before coming to WVU in 1988.

Julie graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Minor in Athletic Training.  She went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Allegheny College of Maryland. Julie is an Astym certified clinician and enjoys working with a variety of patients including diagnoses related to Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. While not in the clinic, Julie enjoys being outdoors, attending WV sporting events, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Nicole graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Science in Athletic Training.  She continued her education at Fairmont State University with an Associate Degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program.  Nicole has worked in outpatient physical therapy for 25 years and enjoys working with a variety of patients of all ages including diagnosis related to Sports Medicine and Total Joint Replacement.  When not working in the clinic, Nicole spends time with her husband, two boys and her dog exploring the beautiful WV outdoors; and she enjoys cooking and traveling.

Rachel Duncan, PTA, CRTS

Rachel graduated from Allegany College of Maryland in 2013. She began her career in Baltimore, Maryland working in a variety of settings including home health and acute care before relocating to Morgantown, WV where she found a true passion for orthopedics.  She is a Certified Running Technique Specialist of the POSE Method of Running and is a certified Sports Nutritionist through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).  Rachel has a special interest in barefoot training and a holistic approach to treatment. In her free time, she enjoys working with runners of all skill levels, trail running, and hiking with her family.
